The Drug-Free Acid Reflux Solution is Out!

Dear Patients and Friends,
I am excited to announce the release of my first book, The Drug-Free Acid Reflux Solution. For the past ten years, I have been successfully helping patients get relief from reflux symptoms without drugs, and it was finally time to share this work with the rest of reflux suffers.

The inspiration to write this book came from the overwhelming success I experienced helping people with reflux symptoms. Patient after patient was able to dramatically reduce their symptoms, and in most cases, discontinue reflux medications. This was an important step in each of their journeys towards health because acid reflux medications come with some serious, often unknown side effects. Because these medications are available over the counter and prescribed by doctors with never ending refills, many people assume they are safe for long term use; however, that is not the case.

The most popular acid reflux medications have been directly tied to serious health conditions including:
1. Nutrient deficiencies
2. A higher risk of potentially life threating infections
3. Increased risk of bone fracture
4. The development of food allergies

While some health problems require the use of medications that have serious side effects, in most cases acid reflux is not one of these conditions. The symptoms can usually be safely managed with the proper diet and natural supplement regimen.

In this book I outline in detail what causes acid reflux, why medications can be dangerous, and give a step by step plan to help you recover drug-free. Also included is my acid reflux cookbook, which outlines a complete diet to help you become acid reflux free in as little as 1 week.

Here is an overview of some of the important things you will learn:

  1. Hi, I have been taking Zantac 1 or 2 times a day for about 10 years and chewing Tums several times a day. I am 5 days into your diet plan and am surprised that I have gotten by without the Zantac or Tums. I went cold turkey on day 1. However, I still get a few short episodes a day when I get some reflux episodes. They pass in a few minutes to an hour. In your plan you indicate that those on proton pump inhibitors should wean themselves after 2 weeks. Since I was on Zantac, I didn’t think I should wean myself gradually. I have 2 questions.

1 should I be coming off the Zantac gradually and if so, at what rate?

    2. Is their something I can use when I have a brief period od reflux, or tough it out.
