It’s a brand new baby year, and I know losing weight is at the top of everyone’s New Year’s resolutions. I’m sure only about half of this resolution gets fulfilled, therefore, I propose that people try to to focus on becoming healthier instead of focusing on the scale. Focusing on a better lifestyle will lead to a better, happier self, and some pounds will come off as well. Another perk of living a healthier lifestyle is avoiding the dreaded diabetes.
Diabetes caused by obesity can be cured with healthy meal choices and exercise. I’ve seen the healthy lifestyle miracle work in my family, when the diabetes magically left my overweight uncle. So ya’ll, instead of being discouraged by the scale this new year, focus of becoming healthy. It’s a great way to start off your New Years Resolution!
